Pertaining to such information are for example your name, your (professional) contact details, your phone number or your email address as well as your relationship to a certain company and your interaction/activities with regard to us.

Dr. Christopher Iliou, as operator of the website http://www.kanzlei-iliou.de, would like to give you in the following an overview on how we are ensuring the protection of your personal data on our website, what kind of personal data we are processing and to the extent we are processing such data as well as on the purposes of any such processing.

a) Processing of data – possibilities of our website

In case of access to our website, information of a general nature will be automatically captured. This information (server logfiles) contains for example the nature of the webbrowser, the used system software, the domain name of your internet service provider and the like. Furthermore the IP address will be transmitted and used, in order to utilize the service required by you. This information is technically necessary, in order to execute correctly contents of websites requested by you and such information is generated inevitably when making use of the internet. This logfile data is made anonymous respectively deleted by us immediately. Legal basis for the data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. In case you forward us a request via email, we will collect your provided data for the work on your request and we will obey to any of your given instructions, if any. Legal basis is for both cases Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f GDPR. There is no further processing of your data by us or other enterprises beyond such purpose, unless a mandatory legal permission exists or you have given a respective consent.

b) Security advice

We take several technical and operational security measures on our website, in order to protect personal data saved on our website against access by a third party, against loss or against misuse and in order to enable a secured transfer of any such data. Please note that there is nonetheless the possibility of an unauthorized access to such data by third parties due to the structure of the internet.
